GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT BALI ISLAND
Bali is a part of Indonesia. A small island between Java Island and Lombok Island. About 5.636,66 km2. About 3 hours from South to North and 6 hours from East to West.
The population of Bali in the Year 2014 is nearly 4 millions, but about 40% live on the south part of the island, like; Denpasar, Badung and Gianyar. About 78% are farmer, the rests work at Tourism Industry, Public servant, Businessman, Entrepreneur, and others. About 80% Hindu, the rests are Muslim, Kristian, Katolik and Buddhist.

Bali Island is divided into 8 regencies and 1 municipality as follows:

  4. Gianyar Regency (Central)

Bali has only one International airport, call "I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport" located on South West of the island, at Tuban town, Kuta district and Badung Regency. 
The capital city of Bali is Denpasar. Bali has no highway. Cars and motorbikes run on same road/lane together, so make it difficult to drive a car in Bali. And the most crowded mostly on the South part of the island includes; Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Denpasar and Gianyar includes Ubud.
